What does PFC show?
From the point of view of a particular businessman, PFC is presented as a set of financial statements. These reports are generated as Excel files, so reading the files does NOT require special programs on the businessman’s computers.
PFC – reports are sent to the businessman every day (if necessary, several times a day). PFC – report includes at least the following data (as of the date specified by the user interactively):
– the total amount of all monetary assets for each currency used in a particular business
– distribution of monetary assets (for each currency) between financial channels (bank accounts, cash desks, etc.). – total balances of debtors, creditors, use of net profit by a businessman
– distribution of balances by debtors/creditors (for each currency) among individual debtors/creditors
– distribution of balances by expenses (for each currency) among certain types of expenses
– distribution of balances on the use of net profit (for each currency) among certain types of use of net profit.
PFC – report must dynamically generate (by commands entered by the user) net profit values:
– at the end of the specified year
– at the end of the specified month
– at the end of the specified day
– after the specified cash transaction.
Calculating net income is the most important (and most difficult to implement) function of PFC. This feature allows a businessman to regularly monitor and control the financial condition of his business.
